The United Kingdom is our deepest talent portfolio. The routes we work are the ones designed for the people we serve (researchers, academics, artists, digital-technology leaders, health professionals, founders and families), and the difference between approval and refusal is almost always the quality of the case built around the person. Every UK file is prepared with vetted UK lawyers and followed through to decision. Here is the full scope of what we handle.
UK visa routes
Global Talent Visa: our flagship route
For leaders and potential leaders in research and academia, arts and culture, and digital technology. Global Talent is a two-stage route: first the endorsement by the designated body for your field, then the visa, and the endorsement is where cases are won or lost. We build the endorsement case itself: evidence architecture, letters of recommendation, the personal statement, and the framing of a career the assessors can say yes to. No sponsor, no job offer required, and a direct path to settlement.
Innovator Founder Visa
For founders building an innovative, viable and scalable business in the UK: endorsement strategy, the business-plan file the endorsing body actually interrogates, and the visa application that follows. We prepare you for the endorsement interview as seriously as the paperwork.
High Potential Individual (HPI)
For recent graduates of top-ranked global universities: a work visa with no sponsor required, granting two years (three for doctoral graduates) to build a UK career. Eligibility turns on the university and graduation date: quick to check, unforgiving to get wrong.
Skilled Worker & Health and Care Visa
For professionals with a UK sponsor, and our particular specialty, doctors, nurses and health professionals on the Health and Care route: your recruiter manages the contract, we manage the visa for you and your family. Certificates of sponsorship, dependants, and the sequence of steps to arrival, handled as one file.
UK Ancestry Visa
For Commonwealth citizens with a grandparent born in the UK: five years of unrestricted work rights, leading to settlement and, in time, citizenship. A route practically written for Canadians, Australians and South Africans, and one many eligible applicants have never heard of. We verify the grandparent's birth records, build the ancestry chain and prepare the complete application.
Spouse, partner and dependents
Family applications alongside any main route, and partner visas in their own right, prepared as one coherent family file with the financial and relationship evidence built to the Home Office's exacting standards.
Athletes and sportspeople: the UK International Sportsperson route is sponsor-led through your club or governing body. We support it through our diagnostics and bespoke engagement, including your family's applications.
British citizenship
Citizenship by descent
Claims through a British parent, including the complex historical cases where the law in force at your birth decides the outcome. We analyse the claim honestly before filing anything.
Naturalisation
Generally five years of residence (three with a British spouse) plus settled status for twelve months, knowledge-of-life and language requirements, and a residence history the Home Office will count differently than you might. We build the complete file.
Landing in the UK
We handle the practical steps your new status opens up: National Insurance number, tax registration, company formation or self-employment registration, and home-finding assistance in a rental market that shortlists complete dossiers only.
How we work in the UK
Every engagement starts with an Initial Consultation with our founder: route confirmed, top risks identified, written verdict. Scope and fee are agreed in writing before signature (the fee you sign is the fee you pay) then we prepare your file with vetted UK lawyers, follow it to decision, and stay with you through six months of aftercare. We never promise outcomes. We build files that deserve them. Book an Initial Consultation.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an endorsement before applying for Global Talent?
Yes. Global Talent is a two-stage route: first the endorsement by the designated body for your field, then the visa. The endorsement is where cases are won or lost, and it is where we concentrate the work: evidencing impact, selecting referees, and framing a career the assessors can say yes to.
I'm Canadian with a British grandparent: what are my options?
The UK Ancestry visa was practically written for you: a grandparent born in the UK, Commonwealth citizenship, and an intention to work. Five years later you can apply to settle, and citizenship can follow. If your parent (rather than grandparent) was British, a direct citizenship claim may exist instead; we check both before recommending a route.
Can my family come with me?
On the main routes, yes: partners and children apply as dependants, ideally at the same time. We prepare the family file as one coherent whole rather than a set of separate applications.
Are government fees included?
UK government fees, the Immigration Health Surcharge and priority services are set by the Home Office and paid separately. We tell you exactly what to expect, in writing, before you sign.
